Yeaa, I got to try a Izakaya in Taipei which is quite traditional one, called 佃權 in tai wan. This was my first time taste gingko nuts, i think it’s not hard to cook…What’s more, it really matchy with beer or palm wine.
I can’t wait to cook this when i back home.
I put around 20 gingko nuts to the pan for 6-7 mins ( without oil), then just lightly sprinkle with salt. Done~ Quick and Easy. I will making this again. xo
