Ceiling Work
Ceilings define how a room feels before a single piece of furniture goes in. We build POP and gypsum board ceilings, install dropped and suspended systems to conceal AC runs, drainage and electrical conduit, cut coffered and tray profiles, and route cove lighting channels to the millimetre. After 15 years across Pakistan and the UAE we know one thing for certain: a ceiling that looks flat at handover will show every fault within a year. We prime, skim, inspect — and only then paint.

Gates
A gate is the first impression a property makes. We design and fabricate in four materials — CNC laser-cut steel with custom patterns, hand-forged ornamental rot iron, heavy-gauge metal sheet, and brushed or polished stainless steel — then powder-coat, galvanize or brush to the specified finish. Swing, sliding, folding or telescopic. Single and double leaf. Manual and automation-ready. Every weld is ground flush, every hinge is heavy-duty, every gate is set to swing plumb.

Safety Grills
Window grills, door grills, boundary security screens and custom decorative grills that protect a property without making it look like a detention block. We design patterns to match the building facade — from plain flat-bar grids to ornamental scroll and CNC-cut geometric motifs — and fabricate in mild steel, stainless steel or galvanized section. Every grill is powder-coated in any RAL colour. Hinged and fixed versions available for window grills where fire-escape access is needed.

Railing
Railings carry structural load and liability, so we size the section, the fixings and the balustrade post spacing to the span and the use case — staircase, balcony, terrace, mezzanine or pool deck. Options: frameless glass with patch fittings or U-channel base track; square and round tube metal railings in mild or stainless steel; ornamental CNC-cut infill panels; hand-forged rot iron with scroll and picket detail; and wooden railings with turned newel posts and hardwood cap rail. Every railing is tested for deflection before sign-off.

Paint & Finishes
The difference between a paint job that lasts three years and one that lasts fifteen is everything that happens before the first coat. We do full wall putty, two coats of primer and sealed emulsion as standard. Beyond flat emulsion, our specialty finishes crew applies travertine stone texture (the mottled, quarried look in any tone), Pico paint (a European-style mineral lime-wash), three-dimensional utensil-work plaster effects, and hand-painted or stencilled wall arts for feature walls. Exterior weather-resistant coatings for facades and boundary walls.

Aluminium Work
Aluminium framing for windows, doors, shopfronts, louvres, screens and composite-panel facades. We work in standard, slim-frame and heavy-duty section profiles, anodized or powder-coated in any RAL colour. Thermal-break profiles for UAE projects where insulation matters. Glass Work
Frameless and framed glass across every residential and commercial application. The showpiece of our glass portfolio is the looking-glass system with sensor-activated LED strips and flush-mounted COB backlighting — seamless when off, dramatically backlit when a hand passes the sensor — used in bathrooms, dressing rooms and master suites. Beyond that: structural glass walls, frameless balustrade glass, glass splash-backs for kitchens and bathrooms, back-painted decorative glass panels, glass flooring inserts and frameless shower enclosures.

Office Partitions
Open-plan floors divided into private offices and meeting rooms without losing daylight or requiring structural work. We install full-height single-glass, double-glass and solid aluminium-frame partition systems. Demountable systems allow the layout to change without leaving damage to the floor slab or ceiling. Acoustic interlayer glass and perimeter seals for meeting rooms that need sound privacy. Integrated blinds between glass leaves on double-glass systems. Full-height door sets in glass or solid to match the partition system. Extensively used on commercial fit-outs in both Lahore and the UAE.

Curtain Walls
External structural glazing and curtain wall systems for commercial buildings. Stick-built systems where mullions and transoms are assembled on site, and unitized systems where fully assembled panels are lifted and fixed floor by floor. Spider glass and point-fixed glazing for clean, minimal facades. We have installed curtain wall on mid-rise commercial and residential towers in both Pakistan and the UAE, working to consultant and engineer-of-record specifications with certified glazing installers. All systems use structural silicone and weather-sealed aluminium framing designed for the local wind and seismic load.

Wood Work
Joinery that reads as a design decision, not an afterthought. Our woodwork scope covers the full interior: TV and media walls with precision flush-routed recesses, hidden cable management channels and LED-lit niches; bespoke kitchen feature walls and upper and lower cabinet runs; fully fitted modular kitchens with soft-close hinges and drawer runners, quartz or granite tops, and handle-less or classic door profiles; floor-to-ceiling designer wardrobes in veneer, high-gloss lacquer or Duco spray finish; and wall decors from PVC profile panels to solid engineered wood. All joinery is made to the room, not cut to fit it.

Tile Fixing
Tile work that stays flat and level for the life of the building starts with a flat, properly primed substrate and the correct adhesive for the tile type and the substrate material. We work with porcelain, ceramic, marble, granite, travertine, polished concrete-look and mosaic tiles across floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens, terraces and outdoor areas. Full waterproofing and tanking in all wet areas before a single tile goes down. Epoxy grout where the design or the use case requires it. LED inlay strips within tile joints for lit-floor and lit-wall effects.
