15 years. Two countries. Eleven trades.
Started in Lahore in the early 2010s. Expanded to the UAE in 2019. Every trade in-house, every project under one lead.
Lahore in the early 2010s. The city was building faster than finishing contractors could keep up.
Jinni Jins started on construction sites in DHA and Gulberg when Lahore's residential sector was expanding rapidly and good finishing work was hard to find. The first projects were ceiling and paint work on residential builds. Then the scope grew, trade by trade: tile fixing, woodwork and wardrobes, safety grills and boundary gates, aluminium window frames, glass partitions.
By the mid-2010s the team had established a clear system: a fixed sequence for every trade, in-house fabrication for all metalwork — CNC gates, rot iron grills, steel railings — and a site protocol that keeps different crews from undoing each other's work. That system is what made the UAE chapter possible.
Dubai and Abu Dhabi demanded a different standard. We met it.
In 2019 the team moved its methods to the UAE. High-rise residential fit-outs in Dubai and villa finishing in Abu Dhabi meant operating under international consultant supervision: higher wind-load specifications for curtain walls, stricter glass grades, site supervisors who inspect every weld before sign-off on structural glazing, and zero-rework handover protocols.
Five years of UAE projects compressed what might have taken another decade of learning in Pakistan alone. The site discipline, material specifications and inspection rigour that came back to Lahore from the UAE are now standard on every Jinni Jins job, regardless of its size or location.
Built in Pakistan. Sharpened in the UAE.
Pakistan
Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi. Over a decade of residential and commercial finishing — DHA, Bahria Town, Gulberg, Model Town, Garden Town, Johar Town, Cantt. Every trade built from the ground up, in-house.
- CNC, rot iron and metal sheet gates
- Safety grills — window, door and boundary
- Glass, metal, CNC and wooden railings
- POP & gypsum ceilings with cove lighting
- Travertine, Pico paint and wall arts
- Modular kitchens and designer wardrobes
United Arab Emirates
Dubai and Abu Dhabi. High-rise residential, villa finishing and commercial fit-outs under international consultant supervision — to specification, on time, zero rework.
- Curtain walls & structural glazing systems
- Office partitions — single and double glass
- Stainless steel gates & aluminium facades
- Looking glass with sensors & COB lighting
- Modular kitchens and media walls
- Full grey-to-finish villa fit-outs
Four things we will not cut.
Dates that hold
Fifteen years of project co-ordination across two countries has made us very honest about timelines. We give dates we can keep and tell you early if anything has to move.
One contact, all 11 trades
You talk to one lead who is responsible for gate fabrication, ceiling work, tile, paint, aluminium and glass — not a different contractor for each trade.
Quoted materials, fitted exactly
We name the brand, grade and finish on the quote and fit precisely that. Stainless steel quoted is stainless steel fitted. Travertine texture specified is travertine texture applied.
UAE-standard handover
The zero-rework handover protocol we developed working under UAE consultants now applies to every project. Site cleaned, snag list closed, everything tested before we leave.
The 11 finishing disciplines we keep under one roof.
Because every trade answers to the same lead and follows the same site protocol, the details meet where they should — tile lines up with skirting, aluminium frames meet glass flushed to the wall, the ceiling cove lands exactly where the lighting plan calls for it.
